Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kindspun.com (the "Store") and any
purchase you make from it. By browsing or ordering, you agree to these Terms. KINDSPUN is
operated by Nasaq Al Madar Trading SPC, Sultanate of Oman ("we", "us", "our"). If you don’t
agree with these Terms, please don’t use the Store.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you
confirm your information is accurate and that you’re authorised to use the chosen payment
method.
Products & descriptions
Each KINDSPUN Sofa Panel is a single loose drape-over panel, not a fitted slipcover.
photos may show more than one panel together; your order includes only the quantity you
select. Sizes are listed as depth × width (front-to-back first, side-to-side second). Colours and
texture may appear slightly different across screens and lighting. Please follow the care label
supplied with the product. We work to keep descriptions, photos, availability, and prices
accurate, and may correct genuine errors, including after an order is placed.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. The final product price, any shipping charge, and taxes shown at
checkout are displayed before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment
providers; we do not store your complete card details. We may refuse or cancel an order where
we suspect an error, fraud, or a breach of these Terms, and issue a refund in such cases.
Shipping, refunds & cancellations
Shipping timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, and refunds and cancellations are
governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access,
transmit malicious code, or use the Store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Intellectual property
The KINDSPUN name, store design, text, graphics, photos, and other original store content are
owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use them
without our written permission, except where the law allows.
Third-party services
We rely on third parties such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and fulfilment partners to
operate the Store. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply to your use of those
services.
Disclaimers & liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Store and products are provided without warranties beyond
those required by applicable law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the
relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under
applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without prejudice to any
mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order
applies to that order, unless a change is required by law.
